14  | 己卯，荊湖北路轉運使、太常少卿、集賢殿修撰孫桷為右諫議大夫、知桂州，降詔奨諭，以桷言招撫下溪州刺史彭師晏，并天賜州知州等投降，及領兵修築下溪州城堡畢工也。於是師晏等十八人赴闕，詔授師晏禮賓副使、京東州都監，不簽書兵馬事，餘皆補班行有差。 察訪廣南路常平等事、檢正中書禮房公事、太子中允、集賢校理徐禧權發遣荊湖北路轉運副使。禧與王古、馮宗道至華亭鞫獄，方具，即有此除。 詔兩浙提舉市易孫廸遷一官，賜錢百千。兼提舉轉運使王庭老，減二年磨勘，勾當公事曹彥候及三考日循一資，官吏依在京市易務給賞，以提舉市易司言比校廸等全年課息有羡故也。詔：「比者廣西軍興，有本路已投狀指射差遣，而反擅離本路者，依擅離官守條，候事平日不用此法」。 權發遣熈河路經略司高遵裕言：「邈川溫錫沁見欲來降，諜知夏人已在邈川之北，若溫錫沁畏其廹逐而來，拒之，則非平日懷撫之意，納之則夏人必有詞，不敢專决」。詔溫錫沁乃受夏國俸給之人，可勿招納。 定州安撫司言：「䝉賜度僧牒三百，回易收息，以賞武藝兵士、保甲，乞更賜二百」。從之。 |
