戊寅，新知永興軍鄧綰知鄧州，新知青州劉庠依舊知永興軍。綰、庠、兩易，在五月戊午。　奉議郎、知定州安喜縣事王巖叟為監察御史。巖叟，荀龍子也。　詔延福宮使、武信軍㽞後、熈河蘭㑹路經畧安撫制置使李憲，差充永興軍路副都總管，憲以疾乞罷故也。此必有言者也。三月一日，憲進入內副都知、武信軍，㽞後應熈河蘭㑹路差遣，並依舊，今乃責永興副總管也。己卯，朝請郎、同提舉永興、秦鳯等路保甲胡宗回言，已獲軍賊王沖，詔以宗回為朝奉大夫、供備庫副使、權鄜延路第一副將，李浦為左蔵庫副使，弓箭手賀英為右侍禁，劉遇為三班借職。浦、英、遇仍給賜銀帛，及兵級、保甲、弓箭手等賜錢有差。四月二十四日捕冲。政目：宗回等遷官，在十月十六日。辛巳，荊湖南路安撫鈐轄、轉運司言：「奉詔於邵州蒔竹縣石驛地名臨口建寨，已訖功，乞賜名臨口」。從之。玉牒係之辛未，誤也。
