黎貫，字一卿，從化人。正德十二年進士。改庶吉士，授御史。刷卷福建，劾鎮守內官尚春侵官帑狀，悉追還之。世宗入繼，貫請復起居注之制，命詞臣編類章奏備纂述，從之。登極詔書禁四方貢獻，後鎮守中貴貢如故。貫上言：「陛下明詔甫頒，而諸內臣曲說營私，希恩固寵。其假朝命以征取者謂之額，而自挾以獻者謂之額外，罔虐百姓，致朝廷之澤壅而不流，非所以昭大信，彰君德也。」
