47  | 成化七年，霸州知州蔣愷言：「城北草橋界河，上接渾河，下至小直沽注於海。永樂間，渾河改流，西南經固安、新城、雄縣抵州，屢決為害。近決孫家口，東流入河，又東抵三角澱。小直沽乃其故道，請因其自然之勢，修築堤岸。」詔順天府官相度行之。十九年命侍郎杜謙督理盧溝河堤岸。弘治二年，決楊木廠堤，命新寧伯譚祐、侍郎陳政、內官李興等督官軍二萬人築之。正德元年築狼窩決口。久之，下流支渠盡淤。 |
| 32 | 弘治元年擢右僉都御史，巡撫大同。小王子久不通貢，遣使千五百餘人款關，進以便宜納之。請於朝，詔許五百人至京師。已而屢盜邊，進被劾，不問。三年復窺邊，進等整軍待之。新寧伯譚祐以京軍援，乃遁去。又乞通貢，進再為請，帝許之。當是時，大同士馬盛強，邊防修整。貢使每至關，率下馬脫弓矢入館，俯首聽命，無敢譁者。會進與分守中官石巖相訐，巖徵還，進亦謫袞州知府。 |
