程良籌，字持卿，孝感人，工部尚書註子也。天啟五年進士。時註為太常少卿，不附魏忠賢。御史王士英劾其為趙南星、李三才私黨，忠賢遂矯旨並良籌除名，永不敘錄。未出仕而除名，前此未有也。崇禎元年起官，歷文選員外郎，掌選事。麻城李長庚為尚書，以同鄉故，甚倚之。正郎久缺不推補，同列多忌，朝論亦少之。長庚用推舉失當削籍，良籌亦下吏遣戍，久乃釋歸。
