74  | 六年七月，以时多灾异，偕同官吴江盛昶、江阴杜宥、芜湖黄让、安福罗俊、固始汪清上言：「府库之财，不宜无故而予；游观之事，不宜非时而行。曩以斋僧，屡出帑金易米，不知栉风沐雨之边卒，趋事急公之贫民，又何以济之？近闻造龙舟，作燕室，营缮日增，嬉游不少，非所以养圣躬也。章纶、钟同直言见忤，幽锢逾年，非所以昭圣德也。愿罢桑门之供，辍宴佚之娱，止兴作之役，宽直臣之囚。」帝得疏不怿，下之礼部。部臣称其忠爱。帝报闻，然意终不释。未几，诏都御史萧维祯考察其属，谕令去之。御史罢黜者十六人，而敬等预焉；皆谪为典史，敬得广西宜山。英宗复辟，诏皆授知县，乃以敬知祥符。安远侯柳溥器敬，西征，请以自随，改都督府都事。逾年师还，卒。士类惜之。 |
| 75 | 盛昶等五人，皆进士。昶隽爽负气。尝按广东，劾巡抚侍郎揭稽不职，稽坐左迁。昶后为罗江知县，擢叙州知府，并有御寇功。杜宥为英德知县。邻境多寇，创立县城。尝被围粮尽，宥死守不下。夜缒死士焚其营，贼始惊溃。移韶州通判，谢病归。黄让知安岳，迁中府都事。以挞锦衣卫隶，为门达所谮，戍广西。赦还，复冠带。贫甚，课耕自给。罗俊尝巡按四川，有廉声。仕终南雄知府。 |
