《本紀第三 太祖三》
19  | 冬十月己丑，頒《大誥》於天下。癸卯，召馮勝還。甲辰，詔曰：「孟子傳道，有功名教。歷年既久，子孫甚微。近有以罪輸作者，豈禮先賢之意哉。其加意詢訪，凡聖賢後裔輸作者，皆免之。」是月，楚王楨、信國公湯和討平五開蠻。十一月乙亥，蠲河南、山東、北平田租。十二月丙午，詔有司舉孝廉。癸丑，麓川平緬宣慰使思倫發反，都督馮誠敗績，千戶王升死之。 |
