乙卯，全忠取華州，編遺錄：「上引兵逼華州，韓建輕騎出牆歸投，上於西溪亭子與建飲膳畢，却歸赤水營。旬日，乃請建充忠武節度使。梁太祖實錄：「乙卯，大軍及華州建來降。甲辰，署建權知華州事，仍以宣武牙推龔麟佐之」。唐太祖紀年錄：「丙辰，汴軍攻華州，九日，建以城降」。唐補紀：「同州刺史王行約閉城登壘，全忠斫開城門，屠之，不留噍類。華州韓建聞此，出城三十里迎之，只於迎處云：令公本貫許州，便仰衣錦，乃差人押出關東」。舊傳：「建令李巨川至河中送款，敬翔疾其文筆，勸全忠害之」。薛居正五代史梁祖紀：「丙辰，帝表建權知忠武軍事，促令赴任」。實錄：「乙卯，全忠取華州。丙辰，次武功，徙建為忠武節度使」。按此月無甲辰，葢丙辰字誤也。全忠乙卯取華州，丙辰豈能遽至武功！唐補紀又云：「昭宗不知崔胤偽行詔命，聞朱全忠平陷兩州，十一月三日亥時，奔波西去」。按行約乃克用取同州時節度使也。程匡柔妄謬多此類。今取華州日從梁太祖實錄。李巨川死從昭宗實錄。
