甲午，敬翔為崇政院使。實錄四月辛未，以翔知崇政院事，五月甲午，詔樞宻院宜改為崇政院，始命翔為院使。蓋崇政院之名先已有之，至是始併樞密院，職事悉歸崇政院耳。

六月，楚秦彥暉破淮南兵，執劉存等。編遺錄：天祐四年四月，湖南軍陳邵告㨗，淮南、㓪州水陸合勢奔衝其境。馬殷出舟師於劉陽江口，大破賊黨，生擒偽鄂州節度使劉存。按薛史梁紀，馬殷奏破淮寇在六月。十國紀年呉史，劉存攻楚在五月，敗在六月，楚史亦然，編遺錄誤也。

十月丁巳，帝還大梁。編遺錄在乙卯，今從實錄、薛史。三年四月，保大節度使李彥博。編遺錄、五代史作彦容，今從劉恕廣本。六月乙未朔，劉知俊以同州叛。實錄：六月庚戍，知俊據本部反，削奪官爵，興師討伐。編遺錄：六月乙未，初奏本道軍民遮留，尋聞擒使臣及將送鳯翔。蓋編遺据奏到之日，實錄据削奪之日也。
