16  | 君諱相，清河人也。神農之苗胄，太公之允諸。原夫魚吞呂釣，應同載以歸周；龍躍崔津，表嘉名以誕慶。曾祖懷，隋任鄭州司馬。祖文觀，隋任豪州錄事參軍，或六條布政，揚至德以宣風；或千里輔仁，翊公平以闡化。君高門華緒，間代清姿。椅桐吸日月之光，松柏挺風霜之節。方冀南山錫壽，永駐頹齡；何期北帝遊魂，先悲過隙？嗚呼哀哉！以開元十年二月廿一日，終於私第，春秋六十有八。夫人丁氏、蘇氏、李氏，並母儀婉順，婦德惠和，移鄰之慶早彰，舉桉之榮聿福庶期千月，壽保百齡，冀椿鶴而齊年，奄菌蝣而等謝。越開元十年三月八日，合陟洞邐鞅倍里平原。禮也。左滎澤，右成皋，峨峨飛嶠鎮其前，滔滔黃河灌其後。 |
