6  | 公疇日自序云：「慕善嫉惡，好學潔己，自謂不慚古人，無負幽明矣」，直哉是言，不騫厥信。以開元六年三月十日遘疾，中旨遣御醫賜藥，相望道路，以開元六年七月廿七日，終於河南之毓材里第，春秋六十。皇上輟朝二日，舉哀闕一字次。乃下制曰：「存樹高烈，君子所以立身；沒垂令名，古人所以貽範。銀青光祿大夫、故秘書監、兼昭文館學士侍讀、上柱國、常山縣開國公馬懷素，越箭含貞，楚材登用，清芬獨饔ⅲ至德可師。自服勤典籍，納訓帷眨輔朕以［A134］道，弼予以正言，允資惠迪，實表泉懿，而曾不昧簦蜒僧猛洹Ｋ幾逝討舊學，臨宣明以增歎，興言感愴，用震悼於厥懷，可贈使持節潤州諸軍事潤州刺史，贈物三百廿段，米粟三百廿碩。喪葬所須，並令官給。京官六品一人檢校。 |
