102  | 郝彬，字景文，霸州人，擢揚州路治中。鄞縣賊聚衆海島，時出攻剽，侵揚州，彬討擒之。泰興有人被殺，二年，賊不獲，吏誣平人，獄已具，彬疑讞之，獲真賊。御史薦彬同知淮西道宣慰司事，覈戸版，理屯田。諸廢修舉江淮財賦總管府，掌東宫田賦，其官屬皆從詹事院，不𨽻中書，往往為姦利。彬為總管，入見，請受憲司糾察，以革私弊，罷所𨽻六提舉司以蘇民瘼，從之。兩淮鹽法日壞，以彬行戶部尚書經理之。彬請度舟楫所通道里所均，建六倉，煮鹽於塲運積之倉，歲首聽羣商於轉運司探倉籌定，其所乃買劵，又定河商、江商市易之不如法者，著為法。入為工部尚書。 |
