56  | 湯建衡，字平仲，宜興人。嘉靖辛卯舉人，授江西新城令。流寇三掠境內，兩薄邑城，建衡預遷附郭居民，入為堅壁清野計，賊至，躬親臨陣，督兵拒敵，屢戰皆㨗，建衡生平，以氣節自負，尤長于議論。馬濂，字濬卿，無錫人，嘉靖庚戌進士，令僊居。倭寇黄巖，將犯縣境，濂擊走之。歴守桂林，從討洞猺，以勞卒官。時江隂陳臯謨，以進士官南工部郎，倭躙海上，震畿輔謨督理南京城守，亦以勤卒官。趙大河，字道源，江隂人。嘉靖丙辰進士，授義烏令。時倭冦兩浙，特簡民壯，督習騎射，總制胡宗憲檄監大將戚繼光兵上功幕府，累擢浙江僉事，監軍如故。練兵講武，所拔部曲，後皆為名將。 |
