23  | 洪興祖，字慶善，丹陽人。登政和上舍第。高宗在揚州，為太常博士。上疏論國家再造一宜以藝祖為法。又應詔上疏，言朝廷紀綱之失，為時宰所忌。出知廣德軍，治陂塘六百餘所。新學舍，定崇祀，自十哲曽子而下七十有一人，列先儒左丘明而下二十有六人。擢知真州。州當兵衝，請復民一年租，從之。明年再請，又從之。自是流民復業，墾闢荒田至七萬餘畝。徙知饒州，卒。所著有《春秋本㫖》、《周易通義》等書。弟造見忠節。 |
