155  | 桑悅，字民懌，常熟人。生有異質，讀書一過，輒能黙記。年十九，舉成化乙酉鄉試。再試禮部，竒其文，以䇿論語竒肆置乙榜，選泰和訓導，考滿，謁吏部尚書王恕，惜其久滯，為遷長沙通判，改栁州。頃之，移疾歸。悅拓落自負，與世齟齬，文詞瑰麗。汗漫後頗厭華，繪趨《平易》、《春秋》、《周禮》，皆有傳解，凡六十餘卷。黄雲字應龍，崑山人。家貧力學，嘗就藏書家借録，卷帙甫畢，心口了然。凡刑名、錢榖、水利、算數、軍旅、儀注，無不究心。文宗、蘇軾書法黄庭堅。𢎞治中，以歲貢授瑞州訓導，庭謁監司，恥之。外艱歸，絶意仕進。 |
