十二月壬戌，車駕留青城。是日，康王開兵馬大元帥府於相州。尼瑪哈遣蕭慶入城,居尚書省，朝廷動靜，並先關白。晚有榜云：『奉聖旨，和議已定，止是往來禮數未畢。切慮軍民等疑慮，今曉諭，更令知悉。』癸亥，車駕自青城回，父老夾道山呼，拜於路側。甲子，上御祥曦殿，百官始造朝。車駕詣延福宮朝太上皇帝。金人索金一千萬鋌、銀二千萬鋌，縑帛如銀之數，欲以犒軍。朝廷令群臣獻金帛，諸王、內侍、帝姬亦如之，又置局買金銀，金價至五十千，銀至三千五百。命王時雍兼領開封府尹，與徐秉哲分東西廂括金帛，御史監視納數。敵索京城騾馬,詔除見任職事官留馬一匹外，並限三日赴開封府納,隱留者全家行軍法，賞錢三千貫。於是自御馬而下得七千餘匹，悉歸之。甲戌，金人乞割河中府、解州，許之。乙亥，康王至大名府。時敵騎充斥，攝大名尹張從請王移行府,以河冰方堅，自相至大名，雖涉河而地里不遠，密邇王室,發勤王之兵為便。先是，金帥遣使者致書，且傳二帥意云：『康王已據河北,恐諸郡不肯交地，請遣使迎之。』乃命曹輔由京東往。先是輔回，稱不知康王所在。庚寅，康王如東平府。尚書省火。雨雹。
