六月癸巳，直煥章閣、知慶元府、沿海制置趙與??朝辭，因奏：『近士大夫專以議論相尚，未嘗真見利害之實，故自更化以來，美意雖多，實政未究。』上曰：『虛論誠無益於國。』趙與??又奏沿海便宜及三邊事體，上曰：『慶元控制海道，事任不輕。如招軍造船，團結訓練等事，宜一一留意施行。』丁酉，錄行在繫囚。己亥，洪咨夔上遺表。詔咨夔鯁亮忠愨，有助親政，可特與執政恩數。壬寅，新權發遣泰州蔡節朝辭，奏皇嗣未立。上曰：『祖宗自有典故，見今討論。』癸卯，熒惑、填星合于畢［17］。甲辰，右正言李韶言：『江西憲司奏吉州太和縣豪民陳聞詩脅取鄉民田產，殞死者數人。冒越省議，假手奏名。有司勘究，具得其實。事上於朝，尼而未行。官弱民強，漸不可長。乞將聞詩同進士出身駁放，仍照條坐罪。』從之。戊申，直寶謨閣、知婺州陳庸熙進對，奏：當舉皇祐典禮，以太祖、太宗、寧考並配于明堂。詔令禮部、太常寺討論以聞。
