戊子紹定元年正月丙子朔，御文德殿，群臣朝賀，發冊寶于大慶殿。上帥群臣上壽明慈睿皇太后尊號于慈明殿。壬午，趙至道奏：『江淮州郡妄征經過米舟、蘆蕩沙產，一例官租，山漆魚池，創立約束，禁止商人買販，乞下憲司嚴戢。』至道又奏：『霪雨傾注，科撥賑恤，而監司、守令奉詔下虔，乞加申飭。』並從之。梁成大奏：『諸路屬縣擅置廂房，囚系無辜。長吏不遵法令，小民詿誤，罪不過杖，輒押出界，流離失業。乞加禁約。』從之。乙酉，壽明慈睿皇太后冊寶禮成，侄楊谷、楊石並除少師，仍加恩。丁亥，雷。丙申，以雪，出豐儲倉米七萬石以紓民。
