73  | 五月，詔：『成都、潼川路旱歉，令制置司及各路監司疾速措置賑恤，務要實惠及民，仍考察郡縣奉行勤惰以聞。』從臣寮請也。辛巳，御集英殿，賜正奏名進士黃朴以下及第、出身，凡五百五十七人。乙未，賜特奏名進士繆蟾以下同出身、文學助教一千一百二十一人。臣寮奏：『近年文氣萎茹，乞申飭胄監師儒之官專意訓導，使之痛習經傳，考訂義理。課試選掄，須合體格，去浮華穿鑿之弊，轉移士風。』從之。甲辰，詔：『戶絕之家，許從條立嗣，不得妄行籍沒。』從臣寮請也。辛亥，臣寮奏：『浙西漕運，惟恃吳江石塘以隄水。近年修塘塞兵盡為他役，堤岸頹毀。乞下漕司抽回，以時補葺，委平江府通判主管，不得輒有抽差，違許奏劾。』從之。 |
