八月丙申朔，詔戶部遍下諸路州軍：不得增收苗米，多量斛面。許越訴，仍令漕司覺察。從臣寮請也。丁酉，臣寮奏：『州縣典獄官吏，或淹延久系，或牽惹無辜，或奉上官而失本情，或行暴虐而取賄賂。乞飭諸路憲司禁戢懲勸。』從之。辛丑，進知靜江府趙崇模直敷文閣因任，以職事修舉故也。壬寅，監察御史留元英奏：『二廣列郡及福建、上四州惟鹽是利，守令克剝於常賦之外，籍戶口以敷鹽，民被其擾。近者召寇，亦基於此。乞戒飭二廣、福建漕司，嚴察州縣。痛革前弊，仍令憲司歲行所部，許人陳訴。』從之。丙午，臣寮奏：『州縣供攤、告訐二害，乞今後凡追究不實者，許被害人越訴，仍令監司覺察。』從之。丁巳，詔通義郡夫人謝氏進封美人。二年八月封貴妃，十一月立為皇后。
