四月壬子，陳貴誼等奏：『取應宗子弟一名時中，學詩能文，頗合程度。乞附正奏名廷試。』從之。壬戌，詔禮部、太常寺行下太武學、胄監：『今後補試文臣外任帶朝職與放牒，試武臣外任帶閣職與在外貼職同，不許放行。』癸亥，右諫議大夫趙至道奏：『寶章閣直學士、宮觀杜如淵曩者帥蜀，不能與眾合謀，誓死堅守，夜半私遁，妄以狀聞。』詔如淵褫職罷祠。丁卯，以久雨，命臨安守臣褥于天竺山。蠲大理寺、三衙、臨安府屬縣點檢贍軍酒庫所見監贓賞錢。戊辰，詔中外決繫囚，杖以下釋之［3］。李日邁奏，乞飭大臣：『凡親民之吏，必選廉去貪，使不至激民為盜。』又乞行下諸郡：招選放散軍人驍勇可用者，填廂禁軍闕額。從之。丁丑，太白晝見。
