106  | 夏四月，出聖祖神化金寶牌，分給京城寺觀及天下名山。查道表求外任，甲申，命知虢州。時虢州蝗災，道不候報，出官廩粟，設糜粥振救飢者，發州麥四千斛給種，民賴以濟，所全活萬餘人。乙酉，著作郎劉煜為右正言。上曰：『諫官、御史之任，實難其人。當須識朝廷大體、達政刑要道。言必詣理，乃為稱職耳。』 |
