五月甲午，觀文殿大學士龐籍致仕。籍自定州召還，既入見，詣中書求致仕。執政曰：『公康寧如是，且上意方厚，奈何欲去之堅也?』籍曰：『若待筋力不支，人主厭棄然後去，斯不得已爾，豈得為止足哉?』遂歸臥于家，前後凡七上表。乃許之。仍詔籍出入如二府儀。丁酉，詔三司置寬恤民力司。
