三月壬寅，普安郡王出閣就外第，命行在宗室正任已上悉送之。辛亥，上謂大臣曰：『朕兼愛南北之民，屈己講和。今通好休兵，其利博矣。士大夫狃於偏見，以講和為弱，以用兵為強，非通論也。』乙卯，上御射殿，引南省舉人何溥已下。是舉，兩浙轉運司秋試舉人凡解二百八人，而溫州所得四十有二，宰執子姪皆預焉。溥，永嘉人也。
