十月壬子朔，詔諸路守臣依舊制，到任半年，條便民五事及四方利病來上。癸丑，以徐清叟除參知政事，董槐同知樞密院事。甲寅，都省言：既復襄樊，宜措置屯田，修渠堰。詔守臣高達任責，仍令前德安守臣程大元督役。甲子，上諭輔臣：『史院纂修須用褒貶，必得是非之公乃可。』壬申，詔舉帥材。癸酉，宰執擬進都承旨陳力修恩數，上曰：『集撰為都承，方可依權侍郎法，秘撰未可引此恩數。』
