二月甲子，上諭輔臣：『蜀中一捷甚偉，自此益加警備，不可一日少緩。』丙寅，史嵩之複職。學舍有言：『但慮其復出耳，其人決不再用，其職度不可奪。』戊午，雨雹。庚午，以久雨，詔臨安府發平糴倉米二萬石賑糶。甲戌，上諭輔臣曰：『聞所在民生蕭條，守臣不可不擇，亦不可數易。詔三省、樞密院、六部遵照已降御札，應舍法用例等事，悉警革之。』丙子，以襲封衍聖公孔洙特添差通判吉州，不釐務。庚辰，上曰：『連雨未已。』槐奏：『臣等輔治無狀，願賜罷出，以答天譴。』上悚然曰：『此由朕之不德，卿等可相與舉行實政，以格天心。如聞諸路多有滯獄，可嚴行戒飭。』詔監司、州郡決係囚，毋得淹延，獄官毋得兼僉，以妨本職。再撥平糴倉二萬石損價接糶。出封樁庫楮幣二十萬，令殿、步、馬司給犒，其大理寺、三衙、臨安府屬縣、諸酒庫所見監贓賞錢悉蠲之。命從臣禱于天竺山。癸未，槐奏：『前日陰雨，陛下惻然念及軍民而賑恤之，且有引咎之言，旋即開霽，所謂『禹湯罪己，其興也勃焉。』』元鳳奏：『天人感應甚速，望益加聖心。』上曰：『敢不益加敬畏。』詔舉廉吏。詔令宣使覈實，凡戰多者、死事者，疾速條上推賞。初兵之地流離之民一應科征，悉與停免。
