七月乙卯，上曰：『連日四郊多雨。』元鳳奏：『更須接續霑足，則一稔無憂。』錄中外繫囚。己未，太白晝見。詔蠲諸路州縣民戶逋欠官賦。庚申，上曰：『洪芹往桐川禱雨，得雨甚滂霈。』元鳳奏：『守臣門迎御香之時，雨即沛然，仰見陛下一念所感，其應如響。』辛酉，上曰：『蒲擇之甚欲取寶峰，以糧運不繼，又值霖雨，器械損弊，因此中輟。』元鳳奏：『更看續報。』乙丑，詔諸路閫帥司招填軍額，申嚴占借之禁。丙寅，上曰：『與??言：吳門得雨甚洽，一稔可必。』磻奏：『陛下敬天愛民有素，固宜昭格。』上曰：『朕宮中覽中外章奏，未嘗敢自暇逸。』元鳳奏：『此堯舜文武兢業憂勤之意也，天下幸甚。』庚午，上曰：『昨日經筵，有以邊臣久任為言者，朕諭之曰：『李漢超守關南十七年，郭進守西山二十年，官皆止於觀察使。久任邊臣，乃祖宗馭將帥、服夷狄之法也。』』元鳳奏：『仰遵陛下率由舊章之意。』辛未，上曰：『趙葵水陸並進，其志頗銳。』元鳳奏：『葵思立功以報陛下，良可嘉尚。』甲戌，上曰：『北人歸明曾授差遣而任已滿者，可令保明上聞，並與添差職任，免令待次。』元鳳奏：『陛下至仁如天，兼愛南北，謹遵聖訓。』丁丑，上曰：『趙葵奏新野既捷，欲養銳以圖光、棗。』元鳳奏：『葵遣王登等人敵境，焚其糧食，亦可絕光、棗之援。若能審機而發，當有可圖之理。』戊寅，上曰：『州郡所欠內帑項目甚多，年遠者悉與蠲放，其合解者，可下諸路，令隨正綱帶納。』辛巳，上曰：『聞敵有窺東川之意，可下制帥、諸司，嚴為之備。』
