三月庚寅，臣僚奏：『願陛下近法孝宗，恐懼修省，以答天譴。不可以天變方弭為幸，而必期於天休之鑒佑。撫摩愛養，以保民命。不可以民瘼少瘳為喜，而必期於民俗之阜安。終始如一，悠久不渝，則八年災異寇擾之變，未必不為後日重熙累治之基。』從之。辛卯，監察御史李日邁奏：『乞今後兩學補試，並從朝廷選差試官。供給用度，依胄監事體，務革買帖冒名、計囑私取之弊。』從之。乙未，臣僚奏：『乞戒飭中外，洗心滌慮，精白承休，以修職業，以振治功。如故習不悛，彈劾以聞。』從之。已亥，陳貴誼等乞痛革文弊，命學臣精選《淳熙格式》頒示四方。
