64  | 七月，梁成大奏：『州縣貪刻，或以微罪沒入富家資產，不申憲司，掩歸私室。自古估籍，必的有贓犯，依條申省，少助邊儲。』從之。乙未，留元英奏：『權攝州郡過取事例，匱乏郡計，乞飭監司按奏以聞。』從之。辛亥，留元英奏：『諸路州軍僚屬私役禁軍，乞下帥司約束，違者以聞。』從之。戊午，以久雨，決大理寺、三衙、兩浙路繫囚，杖以下罪釋之。蠲贓賞錢有差。 |
