七月丁卯，以同知樞密院事兼權參知政事鄭性之為參知政事，權刑部尚書兼給事中李鳴復為端明殿學士、簽書樞密院事。壬申，詔出封樁庫千緡下秘書省修渾儀刻漏，從太史局之請也。甲申，雨血。丁亥，詔鄭清之為明堂大禮使，喬行簡禮儀仗使，李鳴復為鹵簿使，兵部尚書趙彥悈橋道頓遞使。癸巳，以久雨，詔出端平倉米千石賑糶，以平市直。乙未，宰執奏：調燮無狀，陰雨為災，乞從竄斥。表三上，詔不許。乙巳，以霖雨害稼，命近臣禱于天地、宗廟、社稷及宮觀、岳瀆等處。大理正王潠進對，奏：『更化願治，三年于茲，而天變見于上，人心搖于下。』上曰：『比年以來，中外多故，朕未嘗一日不憂懼。』戊申，監察御史王極奏：『邇來二浙諸郡雨水為沴，禾稼害於垂成。乞下有司，預樁錢米賑贍災傷，併下倉、漕兩司議蠲稅賦，仍錄貧乏，速議賑濟。』從之。己巳，朝獻景靈宮。庚午，朝饗太廟。雷。辛未，大饗明堂，赦天下。
