十二月丁丑朔，潼川府路轉運判官宋蒼舒獻嘉禾一莖九穗者一。上曰：『凡赤烏、白雉之類，止可一觀而已，不足為瑞。惟五穀豐稔，乃上瑞耳。』戊寅，上曰：『縣令有清廉愛民者，令監司每路各舉數人；其老耄不任事者，並令按劾。縣令得人，則民受實惠矣。』戊子，雪，百官入賀。上諭宰執曰：『天下窮民宜加養濟，孟子所謂文王發政施仁，必先斯四者。』於是詔諸路常平官以時散米，務令實惠及民。已丑，知資州楊朴獻《禮部韻括遺》，詔遷一官。丁酉，端明殿學士、簽書樞密院事李文會罷。御史中丞楊願等疏六上，詔文會落職、提舉江州太平觀。願等又攻之，詔文會筠州居住。自秦檜再居相位，每薦執政，必選世無名譽、柔佞易制者，不使預事，備員書姓名而已。百官不敢謁執政，州縣亦不敢通書問，如孫近、樓照、萬俟卨、範同、程克俊及文會等，不一年或半年，必以罪罷。尚疑復用，多使居千里外州軍，且使人伺察之。庚子，御史中丞楊願充簽書樞密事。辛丑，詔願兼權參知政事。
