4  | 乙丑，劉錡至廬州，駐兵城外。時知廬州陳規病卒，城中無守臣，備禦之具皆缺。錡巡其城一匝，曰：『在不足守也。』乃冒雨與關師古率眾而南。丙寅，金人大軍入廬州，遣輕騎追錡，相及於西山口。錡自以精兵為殿，複戈西向，列陣以待。追騎望見錡旌旗，逡巡不敢逼，日莫各解去。丁卯，錡結陣徐行，號令諸軍占擇地利，共趨東關，依水據山，以遏金人之衝。錡既得東關之險，稍休士卒，兵力復振。金人大兵據廬州，雖時遣兵入無為軍、和州境內剽掠而不敢舉兵逼江者，蓋懼錡之乘其後也，江南由是少安。戊辰，金人陷商州，守臣邵隆焚倉庫、毀廬舍而遁。乃入城據之。 |
