61  | 秋七月，禁中元張燈。乙丑，知舒州、左諫議大夫歷城馮瓚言：『州界有菰蒲魚鱉之利，居民每以自給。前防禦使司超增收為市征，漁奪苛細，疲俗告病。宜蠲除之。』上即從其請。雲捷軍士有偽刻侍衛司印者，捕得，斬之。上曰：『諸軍比加簡練，尚如此不逞耶?』庚辰，命搜索，悉配海島，于是姦猾斂跡。己卯，北漢捉生指揮使路貴等十一人來降，並補內殿直。辛巳，遣給事中劉載等十人按行河北諸州旱田。詔朝臣出使還日，具所見民間利病以聞。右衛率府率薛勳掌常盈倉，受民租概量重，詔免勳官，配隸沂州，倉吏棄市。兗、濟、德、磁、洺五州蝗。 |
