24  | 十一月壬戌，上諭大臣曰：『諸郡炎傷，宜令留意檢放，不可苟取一時租稅，致民逃移，難以復業。』丙寅，太師、尚書左僕射、提舉詳定一司敕令秦檜上《紹興常平免役敕令格式》四百九十九卷。詔鏤板頒之。丁卯，權禮部侍郎周執羔請復賜新及第進士聞喜宴於禮部貢院，從之。自軍興廢此禮，至是乃復。丁丑，右正言巫伋言：『選人改官，銓法注知縣，蓋舉詞皆云「堪充親民任使」。祖宗立法之意，止要為民擇官。而比來改秩，無意作縣，多於堂除，則是與舉詞已相戾矣。望令吏部並注知縣，不惟親民之官得人，亦可革奔競之風。』上曰：『銓曹自有成法，可令遵守。』左奉議郎洪適、右朝散郎通判濠州曾恬並罷。適通判台州，與守臣曾敦不相能；恬少嘗尊事楊時、謝良佐、劉安世、陳瓘，得存心養性之學，及為大宗正丞，秦檜專政，士方求媚，以取要官，而恬自守無所詘。殿中侍御史餘堯弼論適姦險強暴得自家傳。恬自謂趙鼎門人，常懷怨望，遂絀之。既而恬又坐擅興工役貶秩。 |
