三月癸未，簽書樞密院餘堯輔參知政事。給事中、權直學士院巫伋簽書樞密院事。戊子，觀文殿學士、提舉萬壽觀秦熺為特進，加大學士，充觀使。丙申，詔責授建寧軍節度副使、昌化軍安置李光永不檢舉，右丞務郎李孟堅特除名，峽州編管。先是，孟堅以小史事繫獄，至是獄成，故有是命。於是前後從官及朝士連坐者八人，徽猷閣直學士致仕胡寅坐與光通書，朋附交結，特落職。戊戌，上謂大臣曰：『近有人上書陳農田利害。農者天下之大本，可即施行。』是日，內降詔曰：『昨李椿年乞行經界，初欲去民十害，遂從其請。今聞浸失本意，可令戶部逐路選委監司一員，逐一看詳，應便於民者，依已經界施行；其乘謬反為民害事目，並日下改正，具申省部，日後以當否取旨黜陟，間遣御史前去察訪。』庚子，詔巫伋兼權參知政事。壬寅，右正言章廈奏：『左承議郎致仕胡寅天資凶勃，敢為不義。寅非胡安國之子，不肯為親母持服，此其不孝之大罪也。寅初傅會李綱，後又從趙鼎建明不通鄰國之問。其視兩宮播遷，如越人視秦人之肥瘠。後來梓宮即還，皇太后獲就孝養，寅乃陰結異意之人，作為文記，以為今日仕進之人將赤族而不悟，此其不忠之大罪也。』詔寅責授果州團練副使、新州安置。乙巳，上書秦檜父故玉山縣令敏學墓碑首曰『清德啟慶之碑。』
