十一月庚戌朔，新建龍圖等六閣成。甲寅，知臨安府曹泳權戶部侍郎兼權知臨安府。時徐宗說久病，故以泳代之。泳倚勢妄作又甚於宗說。時秦檜晚年，怒不可測，而泳其親黨，凶焰熾然。乙丑，簽書樞密院事兼權參知政事魏師遜提舉江州太平興國宮。丙寅，恩平郡王璩從吉，還舊官。丁卯，權尚書吏部侍郎施鉅參知政事，權尚書吏部侍郎鄭仲熊簽書樞密院事。自秦檜專國，士大夫之有名望者悉屏之遠方，凡齷齪委靡不振之徒，一言契合，率由庶寮一二年登政府，仍止除一廳，謂之『伴拜』，稍出一語，斥而去之，不異奴隸，皆褫其職名，閣其恩數，猶庶官云。故自萬俟卨罷至此十年，參預政事之臣，才四人而已。戊辰。少保、觀文殿大學士、充萬壽觀使兼侍讀、提舉祕書省秦熺加恩遷少傅，封嘉國公。左奉議郎、通判武岡軍方疇除名，永州編管。疇坐與流人胡銓通書，為守臣李若樸所告。
