61  | 冬十月癸丑，皇太后殿攢。有司以權制已訖，請百官以吉服行事，黃中復曰：『唐制，啟攢雖在易月之外，猶曰各服其初服。今以易月故而遂吉服以殯，非禮也。』朝廷用之，於是百官常服，黑帶入朝，衰服行事。辛未，雨。同知樞密院事王綸因奏事，言梓宮進發河道無淺涸之患。上因論溝洫利害云：『往年宰臣曾欲盡乾鑒湖，云歲可得米十萬碩。朕答云：「若遇歲旱，無湖水引灌，即所損未必不過之。」凡慮事，須及久遠也。』癸酉，同知樞密院事王綸言：『密院大事，每與三省同議。』上曰：『樞庭雖五代之制，疑太祖、太宗曾入思慮，五代弊法，祖宗掃除略盡，惟存此一二大者，必有深意。』上又曰：『大臣固不當疑，雖人告其不軌，朕亦不信。若有姦邪，即罷之，不當任而疑也。』綸曰：『自古帝王用人之道，無越於此矣!』 |
