九月癸丑，尚書左僕射呂頤浩引疾求去。時天象示變，台諫交章論頤浩之罪，上始厭之。秘書少監孫近請命前宰執恭具建炎四年二月以前時政記，仍令修注官補建炎以來起居注，命百司各以朝廷所施行事報進奏院。從之。丙辰，朱勝非言：『近聞泉州水災，已下本州詰問。』上謂大臣曰：『國朝以來，四方水旱，無不上聞，故修省蠲貸之令隨之。近日蘇、湖地震，泉州大水，匿不以聞，何也?』既而泉州委其事，乃詔民之被害者除其稅,其當濟給及營繕者，以度牒二百賜之。
