四月庚申，初置戶部和糴場於臨安，其後又增于平江，歲糴米六十萬石。壬戌，命樞密副使王庶暫往松江及淮南等處措置邊防。上戒以『張浚待諸將多用數，且狎暱，自取輕侮。呂祉以傲肆自大取敗，皆可為戒。』上因論：『王伯之道，不可兼行，當以三王為法。今之諸將不能恢復疆守，他日朕須親行，不殺一人，庶幾天下可定。』自酈瓊叛，張俊擅棄盱眙而歸，諸將稍肆。庶素有威嚴，臨發，勞師於都教場，軍容嚴整。庶便服坐壇上，白楊沂中而下，悉以戎服，步由轅門，庭趨受命，拜賜而出，莫敢仰視。自多事以來所未有。庚午，徽州布衣工悱獻《孝經解義》。詔賜帛三十匹。壬申，祕書少監兼崇政殿說書尹焞留身求去。時已詔焞免兼史事。四月甲子，上曰：『待與卿在京宮觀。』焞力辭，且云：『士人若不理會進退，安用所學?』翌日，上以諭輔臣。參知政事劉大中曰：『焞未問所學淵源，足為後進矜式。班列中若得老成人為之領袖，亦是朝廷氣象。』乃以焞直徽猷閣、主管萬壽觀，留侍經筵。戊寅，詔尹焞解《論語》書成，特賜六品服。壬午，命翰林學士朱震知貢舉。是歲，增參詳官二員。是日，王倫見金左副元帥昌于祁州。
