秋七月壬申，尚書屯田員外郎樊賓行司農少卿、提領營田公事，都督行府同措置營田王弗屯田員外郎、同提舉營田公事，並於建康府置司，仍令行府兼行，俟還闕日罷。癸酉，先是，令僧道輸錢抵工墨錢，十千換給度牒，既而不復換，但令輸錢批舊度牒焉。丁丑，賜韓世忠、劉光世詔書獎諭。時右司諫王縉言：『近者淮西以麾下將領有欺隱軍人之券，淮東以幕中參佐有妄具將士之賞，皆能按劾聞奏。望特降詔獎諭,因使今後凡奏功者必以實，而爵賞足以勸有功。凡勘給者必以實，而錢糧之餘足以養戰士。』故有是命。庚辰，乾辦皇城司馮益與在外宮觀，日下出門。初，宰相趙鼎見益稍出鋒芒，意其未戢，乃言於上前。是日,上謂輔臣曰：『聞益交關外事，浸不可長，宜亟出之。』鼎等再三賀上威斷，上曰：『朕待此曹未嘗不盡恩意，然纔聞過失，亦不少貸也。』甲午，知廣德軍湯鵬舉知饒州，以江東轉運使向子諲言其政績也。已而復詔進鵬舉一官再任。上諭大臣曰：『近時士大夫數言縣令多有不稱其任者，朕再三思之，亦難盡擇。莫若慎選監司郡守，以為要道。正如朕深居九重之中，安能盡知百執事之賢否?但當留意宰相耳。』
