戊申熙寧元年春正月甲戌朔，日有食之。詔改元。復命武臣同提點刑獄。壬午，詔州縣春首檢視暴骸，給錢葬祭之。丙申，權三司使唐介參知政事。執政坐待漏舍，故事，唯宰相省閱所進文書。介謂曾公亮曰：『介備位政府，而文書皆不知，上若顧問，何辭以對?』公亮乃與介同閱視，後遂以為常。詔太學增置外舍生百員。初，太學置內舍生二百員，官為給食。至是，待次而入者蓋百餘人。諫官以為言，故有是詔。
