九月辛未，涇州觀察使從式進封安定郡王。初，韓琦自長安入覲，問曰：『推崇太祖之後，今擇一人封王，常從獻于郊廟，不知何故及此?自古主鬯從獻皆太子事，今忽擇一人令郊廟從獻，豈不疑駭天下視聽乎?』上悟，遂罷從獻之旨。甲申，詔自今內批指揮並作奉聖旨施行。戊子，莫州地震，有聲如雷。
