二月辛卯，日中有黑子如李，至乙巳散。乙未，權御史中丞鄧潤甫言：『嘗有興利之臣議前代帝王陵寢，許民請射耕墾，而司農可之，緣此唐之諸陵悉見芟刈。』詔唐諸陵除立定禁止頃畝外，其餘民已請射地，許依舊耕佃，餘並禁止。己亥，樞密副使王韶知洪州。韶鑿空開邊，以軍功至執政，乃專以勸兵費財歸曲於朝廷。上不悅，故出之。寶文閣待制常秩卒。
