14  | 十一月庚申，以鬼章人獻于崇政殿，詰犯邊之狀，諭以聽招其子及部屬歸附以自贖。鬼章服從，釋縛。壬戌，李常轉對，陳七事，曰崇廉恥、存鄉舉、別守宰、廢貪贓、審疑獄、擇儒師、修役法。又言：『差役之法，上戶富安，下戶空匱。富安則以差為病，空匱則出力為宜。輒采差、助二法，隨上下所宜條敘梗概，若便民而可久也。』壬申，詔講讀官遇不開講日，輪具漢、唐故事有益政體者一一條進入。先是，蘇頌言：『國朝典章，大抵襲唐。乞詔史官采《新唐書》中人主所行日進數事。』故有是詔。頃每進可為規戒有補時政者，必述以己意，反復言之。 |
