九月戊申，蘇軾言：『臣今日邇英進讀寶訓，及太宗皇帝每見時和歲豐、雨雪應時輒喜不自勝，舉酒以屬群臣；又是日熒惑與日同度，太史奏言當旱，既而雨足歲豐。臣讀至此，因進言：水旱雖天意，然人君修德，可以轉災為福。』丁卯，上御集英殿，試賢良方正能直言極諫科謝悰，已賜悰進士出身，除初等職官。劉安世言：『近見悰申尚書省辭免新命狀乃云「所有敕命，未敢抵授」。以「祗」為「抵」，以「受」為「授」。昔唐之省中有「伏獵侍郎」，為嚴挺之所譏而罷。陛下初復制舉，豈容有「抵授賢良」乎?』
