25  | 范祖禹言：『臣掌國史，伏睹仁宗皇帝在位四十二年，豐功盛德固不可得，而名言所可見者，其事有五：畏天、愛民、奉宗廟、好學、聽諫。仁宗行此五者於天下，所以為仁也。臣願陛下深留聖思，法象祖宗。』又言：『臣觀仁宗每因事示人好惡，皇祐中，楊安國講「直哉史魚，邦有道如矢，邦無道如矢。君子哉蘧伯玉，邦有道則仕，邦無道則可卷而懷之。」仁宗曰：「蘧伯玉信君子矣，然不若史魚之直。」由是天下知仁宗好直不好佞，此聖人之大德也。如此之類，臣願陛下以仁宗為法。』上然之。先是，六年十一月 |
