7  | 五月，巖叟、堯俞等又言：『臣等累上封章論張舜民不當罷御史，不蒙開納，言責難以冒居。伏望降黜，自今更不敢詣臺供職。』呂公著慮言者將激怒上意，致朝廷有罪言者之失，乃奏乞稍與優遷，今解言職。丁卯，劉摯為尚書左丞，王存為尚書右丞。戊辰，孔文仲為左諫議大夫，杜純為侍御史，呂陶為左司諫，賈易為右司諫，王巖叟為起居舍人，朱光庭為左司員外郎，王覿為右司員外郎；孫升差知濟州，梁燾為集賢殿修撰、知潞州。先是，燾於省中面詰給事中張問，因誚問貪祿不去，不知世所謂羞恥；而孫升再劾張問，引燾『不知羞恥』等語。於是批旨付三省曰：『石叟、光庭、韓川等久在言路，宜稍遷擢。燾於禁省詬同列，升朋附燾，宜罷。』於是巖叟等皆遞遷，而升與燾有是命。癸酉，胡宗愈為御史中丞。宗愈首進六事，曰端本、正志、知難、加意、守法、畏天。它日奏對便殿，上問朋黨之弊，宗愈曰：『君子義之與比，謂小人為姦邪，則小人必指君子為朋黨。陛下擇中立不倚者用之，則朋黨自銷。』因進《君子無黨論》。 |
