七月庚戌，潼川帥臣朱禩孫言：『長寧軍自辦錢糧，創造器具，修築凌霄城圓備。』詔易士英特帶行閣門宣贊舍人，朱文政、宇文同祖奮進宮一等，楊震卯等七人減磨勘，將士支犒有差。尋詔摒孫進宮一等。丁巳，詔渚路監司、守臣不許妄作名色，擅支官錢，互相饋賂。予者受者，並計贓論，遇赦不原。令御史臺覺察。己未，上曰：『邇者百僚類多玩愒廢事，卿宜飭勵，俾各供乃職。學官則嚴與教導，史館則勤於修纂，倉庫則謹於出納。必如是，則官無曠職，不致食焉怠其事也。』大全奏：『敢不恭承明命。』甲子，上曰：『蜀中將士不解甲者數月，允為可念。』大全奏：『當議厚犒。』丙寅，上曰：『近來邊報如何?』大全奏：『諸閫之報不一，但三邊有備則無慮。』上曰：『毋恃其不來，恃吾有以待之。』
