二月丙寅，幸飛山軍營閱炮車。命給事中范陽劉載往定陶督曹、單丁夫三萬浚五丈渠，自都城北歷曹、濟及鄆以通東方之漕。上因謂侍臣曰：『煩民奉己之事，朕必不為也。開導溝洫以濟京邑，蓋不獲已耳。』癸酉，權知貢舉竇儀奏進士張去華等合格者十一人。甲戊，幸城南，觀修水櫃。先是，藩鎮率遣親吏視民租入概量增益，公取餘羨。符彥卿在天雄軍，取諸民尤悉。上聞之，即遣常參官分主其事，民始不困於重斂，于是出公粟賜彥卿，以愧其心。舊制：竊盜贓滿絹三匹者棄市，己丑，改為錢三千，其陌八十。令民二月至九月無得採捕蟲魚、彈射飛鳥，有司歲申明之。令文武官及致仕官、僧道、百姓自今長春節及他慶賀，不得輒有貢獻。
