十一月庚辰，命主管殿前司公事郭杲領兵駐真州，援兩淮。辛巳，敵犯棗陽軍。有北來韓元靚者至真州，微露和意，自言安陽人，魏公五世孫也。丘崇遣人護送北還，令問端的。丙申，元靚入還，得幅紙，乃行省文字，崇以聞於朝。甲申，命丘崇督視江淮軍馬，除簽書樞密院事。敵犯神馬坡，江陵副都統魏友諒突圍趨襄陽，忠勇軍統制呂渭孫欲圖友諒，友諒格殺之。乙酉，趙淳焚樊城。戊子，金人犯廬州，田琳拒退之。癸巳，以金人犯淮，告於天地、宗廟、社稷。乙未，避殿減膳。湖廣總領陳謙為湖北京西宣撫副使。丙申，太師、平章軍國事韓侂胄獻家財二十萬以助軍費。金人圍廬州。丁酉，金人犯舊岷州，守將王喜遁去。戊戌，金人圍和州，守將周虎拒之。金人陷信陽軍。辛丑，金人圍襄陽。壬寅，金人陷隨州。癸卯，太皇太后賜錢一百萬緡犒軍士。詔諸路招填禁軍以待調遣。甲辰，金人犯真州。乙巳，金人犯西和州。辛亥，釋大理、三衙、臨安府杖以下囚。是月，濠州、安豐軍及並邊所屯皆為金人所陷。
